Management Fee Aligned with Owner’s Success • We believe that value for the owner is created in all areas of the operating statement, not just the top-line revenue • We construct our base management fee as a percentage of both total revenue and gross operating profit


No Hidden Service Exclusions or Additional Costs • We believe that management fees should cover all aspects of operations and oversight • Ownership is only charged additional fees for truly ancillary services or those usually provided by third parties at higher costs, such as centralized accounting and centralized reservations, when the alternatives are thoroughly evaluated and costs are justified


Flexible Terms and Termination • An initial five-year term with extension options • Can be terminated with 90-day notice at any time after first year • Can be terminated upon sale without any additional fees due
